This project consists of the design and construction of a 9,487 square foot maintenance / transportation building. The main building has office spaces, driver’s lounge with kitchen area, dispatch room, copy area and restrooms. In the maintenance building there are 4 bus bays, a wash bay, locker area and restroom, parts room, shop area upper storage mezzanine and an office. Currently under construction, this project is on schedule and within budget.
