The Tahoma Transportation Center was divided into two phases. Phase I consisted of major site work including: site survey, erosion control, grading, storm management, septic and water systems, asphalt paving, security fencing, and electrical work. Phase II includes a maintenance building and separate dispatch building. The maintenance building is an engineered metal building which contains a bus wash system, parts shop, and maintenance bays for buses. The dispatch building includes a driver’s lounge, offices, and dispatch room, and is of wood frame construction.
