Erickson McGovern’s approach to projects relies on staff members being involved from the early planning phases through project construction. For the principals to remain actively involved in all projects we have found that our target size is around 20 staff members. We enjoy this small firm environment and feel that our employees have the opportunity to explore all elements of a project.

Erickson McGovern has 9 paid holidays and has a standard 4 ½ day work week which concludes at noon on Fridays. In addition, we offer a matching 401K retirement plan.
